Viet Lang is derived from Vietnam’s present name, Vietnam, and its historical name, Anh Lang.
Previously at Chijmes, Viet Lang has relocated to The Arts House at the Old Parliament, the oldest government building in Singapore, a hotspot for chic waterfront dining.
With its contemporary décor and cosy ambience, Viet Lang is ideal for intimate get-togethers and elaborate parties.
Viet Lang’s menu offers a good presentation of Vietnamese cuisine with a touch of Franco-Asian influence. It serves a repertoire of authentic Northern, Central and Southern Vietnamese cuisine ranging from the popular spring rolls wrapped in rice paper. Guests are also able to savour the specially imported exotic Vietnamese beer. The menu’s ingredients and condiments are imported directly from Vietnam to give diners a genuine taste of local Vietnamese flavour.
